Terms of Service

Effective date: July 11, 2026

These Terms govern use of InvoMe Studio. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Service

InvoMe Studio provides craft inventory, costing, barcode, order, receipt, invoice, checkout, reporting, and related maker-business tools. You are responsible for reviewing calculations, prices, tax settings, inventory counts, reports, and business records before relying on them.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. One subscription is intended for one business account unless InvoMe provides written permission for another arrangement.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown during checkout until canceled. Stripe processes payments and subscription management. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase.

Free Trial

InvoMe may offer a 7-day free trial. If no payment method is required to start the trial, access may pause at the end of the trial until you choose a paid subscription. A trial is intended for one use per email/account and may not restart after deleting and recreating an account.

Cancellation

You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal from the Account area inside the app. Access normally continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Refund details are provided in the Refund Policy. Refund requests are reviewed case by case unless a refund is required by law.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant InvoMe permission to process that information as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service. You should export and keep backups of important business records.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other accounts, distribute harmful code, reverse engineer protected server components where prohibited, or use InvoMe for unlawful activity.

Taxes and Business Compliance

InvoMe can help organize sales, purchase, tax, and business records, but it does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are responsible for confirming tax rates, required records, reporting obligations, and compliance for your business.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, or discontinue features. We use reasonable care to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, InvoMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
