Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 11, 2026

InvoMe Studio helps makers track craft supplies, finished products, orders, sales, labels, receipts, and business reports. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to provide the app, including account email address, subscription status, inventory records, product photos you choose to save, customer/order details you enter, sales records, business settings, and support messages you send.

We may also process basic technical information such as device/browser details, sign-in activity, and error information needed for security, troubleshooting, and cloud sync.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide private account access, cloud sync, subscriptions, support, inventory tools, pricing tools, barcode labels, receipts, invoices, reports, backups, abuse prevention, and service improvements.

We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Stripe processes subscription checkout, customer portal access, and billing events. InvoMe does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may provide InvoMe with subscription status, customer email, plan details, and billing identifiers needed to confirm access.

Service Providers

InvoMe uses Google Firebase for authentication, hosting, cloud functions, and database storage. Stripe handles payments and subscription management. These providers process data under their own privacy and security terms.

Camera, Barcode Scanning, and Photos

Camera access is used only when you choose barcode scanning or take/select a product photo. Barcode video is processed for scanning and is not intentionally stored. Product photos you choose to save may be compressed and stored with your private inventory account.

Customer and Business Records

You are responsible for the customer, sales, tax, and business information you enter. InvoMe is a recordkeeping tool and does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Data Retention, Export, and Deletion

We retain account and app data while your account is active and as reasonably needed for legal, security, backup, and billing purposes. You can export your app data from inside InvoMe. You can delete your account from the Account area, and you may also request help by emailing invomeinfo@gmail.com.

Deleting an InvoMe account does not automatically cancel an active Stripe subscription. Use the subscription portal in the Account area to cancel billing before deleting an account.

Security

We use account-based access controls and encrypted network connections. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so users should protect passwords and keep exported business records in a safe place.

Children

InvoMe is intended for adults operating craft inventories or businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
